Taking care of your mental health is just as important as caring for your physical health. If you find that you're no longer enjoying the small pleasures in life or often feel stressed, overwhelmed or burnt out, you may benefit from mental health care.

If you're struggling with mental health concerns or substance use, we can help. We have a number of services to assist you in finding the care you need, whether you just need someone to talk to or you're experiencing a crisis.

Mental health and substance use services

We offer services for members of all ages who need extra support managing their mental health or substance use. We're here to help you or your loved one find the right resources and can connect you to crisis support if needed. Available for all UCare members.
