After a free routine hearing exam, you can get up to two hearing aids (advanced or premium) each year with a copay per aid. Copay amounts vary by UCare Medicare health plan.*

All hearing aids come with a three-year warranty that includes repairs, a one-time loss and damage replacement and up to one year of follow-up visits. Premium models include the option of a rechargeable battery.
